Do yourself a favor and stay away from this business. His warranty is worthless and he doesn't follow the contract he has you sign. Put a 15 x 16 addition on and after 10 months it is still red tagged. He never followed code and has not fixed the issues. He is a real talker and tells you how he has worked on many big jobs for important people. Maybe 30 to 40 years ago he was good but not doing quality work now.
