Richard was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and polite. He fixed a few electrical issues in my home quite quickly.
What a gentleman. He was prompt and courteous, and cleaned up after himself. You can tell this man has tons of experience and knowledge in his field. I will absolutely be calling him again.
This guy was over 40 minutes late and blamed me for not being there, after I already told him my available time window. This dude needs to figure out how to communicate better and figure out to manage his schedule.
