Charged more than $125 dollars for an inspection never mentioned that there was going to be a fee or anything. Very poor communication skills on mentioning prices or anything.
Never disclosed the price for the work even when asked. Couldn't be bothered to show up and do the work, had to wait 2 days after the agreed upon date. Then get charged over $100 for barely looking at one thing. Didn't even look at the biggest problem. Then charged over $100 to come back and finish the work they started 2 days prior. Don't use these scam artists. Also threatened to call police when they got confronted. Will be seeing them in court soon.
I am the Shelter Coordinator at Hope Campus. I have 4 washer dryer combos and large commercial washer and dryer. I have had Roger here on several occasions he is always very professional does great work. RD Appliance is my go to repair man. I would recommend him to anyone.
Great prices, easy to work with, and quality work. Would highly recommended.
