Friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Doesn't mind assisting you with your own repairs either. Service was very competitive on pricing.
They have been giving great service for me for a long time. My road bike and my Dirtbike’s .
My generators electric start quit, but would still start with pull cord. It appeared the starter solenoid had gone out. i'm in my 70s and didn't want to mess with it, so I took it to RC's., telling them I thought it was the solenoid. 2 weeks later they said it was ready for pickup. After paying $118, I asked if was in fact the solenoid. Royce said it started with the pull cord (I knew that) and that the "computer" was bad and that "was above my pay grade". The rate of labor is high but I have not compared it to others. They did what I asked and both mowers were done in the time they estimated.
This guy knows what he is doing and if there is any problem with a repair he will make it right. After bad experiences with other local shops I finally found someone that can be totally trusted.
