Very nice, took time to make diagnosis, very knowledgeable.
Dr. Horan i seen twice less than a decade ago and he was a rude and unprofessional person. I finally got awhile figured out medical cannabis and psychiatrist with walking worked better. I hope he's not as careless as he was with me.
I found the right neurologist. He thoroughly listened and paid attention to my epileptic history and he wasn't pushy about medicine I've been afraid to take because of side effects. Trying to handle epilepsy with diet isn't working and I believe he will help me find the right medicine.
I was diagnosed with cervical dystopia and was referred to see Dr Horan. I was given two injections on either side of my neck which was excruciating. The next two days I felt like I had an arrow stuck through my neck. I have been suffering ever since with difficulty raising my head. I feel like my head is so heavy because I have no strength in the muscles of my neck. I have difficulty swallowing my food.
