R Chee is always our go-to for plumbing, heating and cooling, etc. The technicians and staff are professional, kind, extremely helpful and knowledgeable and do a phenomenal job! And the AI assistant is amazing easy to use for scheduling!
Ken and Jimmy were awesome. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. Explained why and what needed to be replaced. Also looked under dishwasher to make sure there was no signs of water damage. I also want to comment on the text with the name and picture of the plumber. That is extra professionalism. Great price as I have dealt with other companies in the past. Very trustworthy.
All went well. Craig kept me informed of a simple fix to my leaky toilet. As are all RChee employees, very courteous! Thx Craig
