Called a week before bringing in my car and asked if they knew how to work on older cars and if they had the tools to do it and they said yes. Called a week later and they said they needed a code reader. Called a few days later and they said the code reader didnt work and they couldn't get ahold of their mechanic. My van broke down late one night and dropped it off in their lot in the middle of the night. I called them the next morning and explained and they said they could fix it. Even met me at me work to get my keys (I forgot to leave them). They had the work done by the end of the day. Didn't even have an appointment.
