Unethical - did not complete the job - Nickel & Diming We unfortunately had M.Goodman install pavers in our backyard around the pool. Even though the contract was agreed upon, they continue to ask for more money and did not complete the job. They took the existing pool ladders out but want to charge me to install them again after they put the pavers down. Additionally they are unresponsive, missed appointments and has lied about why the work is not done.
Be Careful, not dealing with an ethical person We had Goodman do our Uni-lock Pavers, he installed them incorrectly, the Uni-lock rep. came out and confirmed that the job was not done according to their standards. Michael Goodman wouldn't fix the job, and now we are dealing with all the edges of our drive, and patio breaking away. The center of our patio is sinking inward where puddles of water settle, he didn't use the proper underlayment, so we now have uncontrollable weeds growing through the pavers. The job was awful!!!
