Great service from Jeremy Fox! I’ve had 2 major water pump issues in the last 2 years. The first involved multiple calls to Jeremy as to which pump to buy and installation recommendations. The second event in early March 2026 involved the same water system and multiple calls. Jeremy helped me determine the problem and trouble shoot the repair. He was ways eager to help and very patient. Thanks so much Jeremy!
I wanted a second opinion from R.C. Worst after RotoRooter came out, and they both told me the same thing: I had a broken sewer discharge line and needed excavation and repair. The only difference is that RotoRooter gave me the advice for free and R.C. Worst billed me $300. Use that information as you will.

Where do I start.Absolutely the best customer service I have ever seen. Zach was friendly, knowledgeable, followed-up quickly, and was empathetic. I know that sounds like a lot, but true. Had a disaster of a septic issue, he did the research, got me the right parts, and communication was top notch.
