Great customer service. Zach was very responsive and easy to work with.
Our well pump fried at our house and they came out within two hours to do a diagnosis....turns out we needed a new pump and pressure tank. They scheduled us for first thing the next morning...installed the new pump, pipe, tank and re-did all the plumbing between well and tank. Super clean work. We have a low producing well. RC Worst worked in conjunction with CDA Septic/Sewer and Water to install a 3000 gallon water cistern, which including piping, electrical conduit and controls. The project was completed in a timely manner and had minimal impact to our access to the driveway and existing water system. I would highly recommend this business.
just like the name worst company to buy from .I order a pump, pump was damaged on shipping paid $1600.00 they did not replace it lost $1600.00
My pump was not functioning properly and they had installed the pump in early 2024. They took the time to troubleshoot it with me over the phone, and it was a simple pressure switch issue that I could correct myself. They saved me a few hundred bucks by not making the service call and charging for labor. They’re good people and are the only company we’ll ever use for our pump and pressure tank needs.
