We highly recommend this company! They saved us tens of thousands of dollars by repairing our existing windows. We had windows that would crash down and others that wouldn’t open at all. Ron was able to replace the balance rods and make the windows function like new. We also had multiple windows where the glass needed to be replaced due to seal failure. We were referred to RC windows for repair of our windows. We couldn't be more happy with Ron and Jennifer and their professional, personal and excellent service! They knew exactly what we needed done and scheduled it in a timely fashion. They changed the sash spring mechanism- probably not the real name since I can't remember the professional terminology. Had a wonderful experience with RC windows and doors. Ron did several jobs rescreening and refurbishing the sliding garage doors, replacing the sideview window on the front door, new rollers on sliding rear glass door, repaired broken balance on one window and made and rescreened several windows. I was completely satisfied with his work, very professional.
RC Windows showed up when they said. They were very good at communicating. The fix was done at a fair price, and my sliding door works like new. This is a great company to work with.
