Received multiple quotes for waterproofing our basement. RC provided the best price and amazing service. Our basement is now dry and has a lifetime guarantee and we are satisfied!
TLDR: If you have dogs be cautious and overly prepared. There is at least one employee who does not react well to dogs. We were NOT informed of this after advising pets would be present when scheduling. They're now trying to justify it by calling our dog aggressive based on perceived breed without real understanding of breed, behavior, or body language. My personal experience with RC Waterproofing was fantastic! Had some bad leaking problems in my basement and thought it was going to be a very pricy and extensive project but after I got a free quote/inspection, I was told it was a relatively easy fix. Bill was the the one who gave me the quote and he was awesome. He was very straightforward and honest about what needed to be done and gave me the reasons why it needed to be done that way. He gave me different options as well, if I didn't have the funds to do the project all ... read more
