Justin is absolutely amazing. He talked me through the whole requirements for getting my basement dry. He picked up the phone and answered and was so helpful. It’s unbelievable how nice this person is. Especially women if you are reading this review you’ve gotta know that he treats everybody with the same respect and courtesy. The extent of his knowledge is equal to that of his kindness. I highly recommend this company.

Received multiple quotes for waterproofing our basement. RC provided the best price and amazing service. Our basement is now dry and has a lifetime guarantee and we are satisfied!
TLDR: If you have dogs be cautious and overly prepared. There is at least one employee who does not react well to dogs. We were NOT informed of this after advising pets would be present when scheduling. They're now trying to justify it by calling our dog aggressive based on perceived breed without real understanding of breed, behavior, or body language.
