They did the job anyway after we spoke and demanded I pay the full bill. They acknowledged that they had a problem with an employee doing this kind of thing and believed me, but because the senior manager (Ian) hadn’t personally spoken to me, they still demanded I pay the full bill. Save your money for a business that you can trust.
