Simply the best. Mario and crew installed a new liner in my pool, once the water was in I started up the pump only to find a huge leak in one of the pipes. Our son was getting married the next day! I went to RCF at 8 AM where Fernando patiently heard me out and said he would do his best to do a repair at some point. We live almost an hour from RCF and Fernando almost beat me home where he had it all repaired in less than an hour! RCF provides great guidance about how to manage pool chemistry. They're always friendly & helpful.
I've called this place 3 times for service in 3 years... as long as I've owned the home with the pool and everytime they just tell me to go else where they're too busy... a pool liner, a skimmer and pump service. I've paid someone's annual salary at another store that I've only used because the previous owners used them. 100,000L beautifully maintained no expense spared inground that you guys just wont even entertain. What a weird weird way to run a business.
If I could add 5 more stars I would. RCF knows everything about pools. Fernando and Paul are seasoned professionals, and if they don’t know something you don’t need to either. They do everything possible to help out their customers and make sure they’re taken care of. The only pool people you need to know in the area.
Always a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable, thorough, and will take care of their new and loyal customers alike.
