No employees were wearing masks, in violation of the country health order. I feel unwelcome in the store & I have not been impressed by the customer service.
Recommendedvery good selection of traxxas parts
Yesterday 06/30/2020 I purchased a very expensive Traxxas UDR ($1000.00++) but when I get home very excited to try it....but some components are not properly working as it should design to do....like the Front LED light bar and the switch will not turn off. So the next day....I bring back my Traxxas back to the store....and they said you have to fully charge your batteries in order for the led and switch to work properly?...well I have doubt but still I believe the guy....salesman....so I got home got my batteries fully char... read more
I went in today to make a purchase...no employees were wearing masks, as mandated. It’s not worth risking my health or spending my money at a local business that isn’t concerned about the health of others. As someone who has an underlying health condition, this violation of ADA is prime for a lawsuit. Hopefully that gets rectified very soon. In the meantime, I’ll get my RC parts online instead.
R/C Country Hobbies has anything’s day everything you need. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed there new location.
