While the personnel and service are exemplary, I’ve noticed in the last year my syringes of estrogen aren’t full upon receipt. I pay for 10 applications but often receive 7-10. I’ve notified them but nothing has changed. Perhaps a new employee needs further training? I don’t know. Other than that, I VERY highly recommend RC. Their quality and customer service blow away the competition.
