This is the first time we have used RC carpet cleaners. Quin and I believe Jesse (my apologies if the name is incorrect), did an excellent job. They were very polite, and professional. The carpet looks and smells clean. We would highly recommend this carpet cleaning company. I will be using them again.
RC truly does do a phenomenal job making not just your carpet, but your home feel clean. The apartment management paid for cleaning in my building after a storm caused water damage. Everyone agrees they were also blown away by the results! Jesse James and his partner Phil were extremely professional and informative. Very nice (and handsome) young men.
