I ordered appraisals from this company on July 13th after the passing of my father. He gave me a price to do 5 appraisals and I sent him half the money via Venmo on this date. He told me he would be finished with them in 3-4 weeks. He came and viewed the property got all the details and after 5 weeks we began calling him asking him when he would have the reports ready.
