NEGATIVE Stars - Worst Experience EVER Worst experience ever. NEGATIVE stars. I called in to ask over the phone if they had the item I wanted, the man on the phone proceeded to laugh at me and say "we don't have that but..." then described the exact same item I just told him. Will definitely go back here I know very little about handywork, but they made a fairly complicated task very easy. The one-on-one help was great and they were obviously very knowledgeable about the whole thing (the TV is still up!). I plan to go here for any other hardware needs.
Anything you need. The guys are so helpful there. you can go in knowing nothing and they will help you with whatever you need. I love the personal touch. There is not a stupid question. they are there to help.
