RCBecker's owner, John, told me through their receptionist, Judith, that "Nothing could be done for me (an insurance claim) at this time.” I called again today at 9 am. I had previously left a VM from John on 2/1/2022. I called and had someone hang up on me on 2/4/2022 at 6:57 am when I called to follow up on the VM. After that, I additionally left an email message through their web site. I will post this information everywhere I can, but feel very distressed and disheartened by their (lack of) response.
