Landlord here. Richard chose to play sides with my tenants and refused to send me pictures of the damage my tenants caused to the electrical system or his finished work. Rick Bruno is outstanding had the telephone pole on are property break and took out power to are house. He stopped down when i called him assess the problem. Had a new pole and meter back up and utility Company there to connect power the next day amazing work

I had a dire emergency when a series of brownouts burnt up the motherboard on my home backup generator, which prevented my house from getting electricity. Outdoor temperatures were well below freezing, and the house got colder and colder, very near to the point of freezing the pipes and making the problem much worse.
