My experience with Bruce Hill Agency was frustrating. The agent Eileen doesn't explain things well and is argumentative. I was told I have get my roof old shingles replaced and a letter provided that the roof is OK or they would cancel my policy. A roofer and new shingles would cost me $3,500 (more than the policy). El lugar es muy bonito, pero las personas que nos atendieron fueron pésimas, el plato que pedimos era una paella que antes era para 8 personas pues esa era solo para una, pagamos mucho dinero por un plato que según era para 8 y de los 3 que comimos del plato ninguno quedó satisfecho! Like most insurance companies they're looking to take your payment but not help you when you need it, I found their policy to be worthless and I am glad they dropped us. We found insurance much cheaper with much better coverage
