On the day of my appt., and while in route to the clinic, I had car trouble. I called the office to inform them. While yet 2 hrs out, I was told to come on in. I thought I would have a long wait (I really didn't care), but shockingly, I was seen immediately. The staff was so considerate and loving until I was almost in tears.
