I received excellent care from the staff nurse and doctor. I appreciate Dr. Vance taking the time to address my health issues in a way that I could comprehend. I also am grateful that he explained my options and the possible future circumstances based on accurate diagnosis, treatment, and procedures.
Dr. Vance was very caring and explained my procedure in detail. He helped take away some of the anxiety I was having about being put to sleep. When the surgery was over he explained the outcome to me and my daughter. I would definitely recommend Dr. Vance and Merit Health River Oaks in Flowood.
My experience at GI Associates and Endoscopy Center was extremely positive. From check-in to being rolled out in a wheelchair when the procedure was over, I was treated with respect. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. The check-in process was quick and easy. My nurse was so sweet. She collected information about my health history and discussed post-op care.
