I'm so sad to leave this review because Dr. Deem seemed like such a great guy. He was respectful of parental choices, sweet, personable... but I've had so many bad experiences with the staff. First, Dr. Deem told me he wouldn't charge me for a quick weight check for my premie because we were self pay, but the office charged me over $100 anyway and then I was unable to get ahold of (or a returned phone call from) the office manager (who I was told by staff was the only one who could handle it) to fix it. I had my initial visit with Dr. Deem yesterday and am so happy to have found this practice! All staff encountered were friendly and professional. Dr. Deem took the time to discuss my history and concerns, I did not feel the visit was at all rushed. He seems very kind and caring. When I was leaving the office, the receptionist already had my mammogram referral ready. About an hour after I returned home i had a text from Colo-Guard notifying me that my test kit is in process. This office is the very best you could ask for hey care about their patients.
Dr. Deem is terrific. Very kind and thorough. He has never made me feel rushed, and he's always answers any questions I may have. I had lost a little weight this visit, and he noticed and said something along the lines of " Good job". It made my day!
