Today was my first time going to Dr. Hendrix Office and I was very pleased! The office is very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Especially Ms. Joanne! She was more than willing to help me when it came time to communicating with my insurance company to figure out coverages and prices of potential work I may need to have done which was a HUGE help! Got my biannual cleaning done here for the first time. The office is clean and the staff clearly cares about their patients’ safety and happiness. Fabulous job on my cleaning! I will definitely be going back!
I would give no stars if I could. I was looking for a family dentist. One that was ACC registered as my 3 Yr old grandson has a dead tooth from an accident at kindy. I was told the don't do children. How can you advertise being a family dentist when you can't do family teeth. I need dental work, my husband needs all his teeth removed but nope lost us.
Great dentist and staff. Friendly and professional.
