Really lovely friendly guy. Came out for me today as I have a heat pump that hasn’t given me any heating for a long time. Solved the issue quickly and helped me set everything up that I needed to, no hassle and really took the time to make sure I could set the Nest app up as well. Really pleased, and now warm!
