Tired of this bank I’m sitting here on a Saturday with no access to my money bc they have my card locked with out telling me this is like the 4th time this year, not to mention they changed their hours to not work Saturday’s so you can’t get it fixed ugh irritating
This bank has gone down the drain. The lady that sits in her fishbowl of an office (probably the manager) is rude, condescending, and talks down to her staff openly. She has the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. I went to another office and closed my accounts. Horrible leadership. R bank - Do Better!
Went downhill pretty fast. Friends I have also had horrible experiences in the past. I stuck around because the previous tellers knew me. But they can’t seem to keep employees either.
Do NOT get a loan with this bank. We signed paperwork for them to withhold a retainage with our constitution loan. It was not done because THEY overlooked the paperwork. Also, trying to get an in-person meeting is impossible. I gave them two weeks worth of days I could come in, but they never would set an appointment. Never offered alternative dates. Email after email of “it’s hard to meet”, “I’m really busy” and “what exactly do you want to discuss.” I have two emails where I told them what I wanted ti discuss, but even aft... read more
The RBank in Georgetown has been nothing but a great experience for myself every visit. Diana at this location, whom open my wife and my account, always greets me with a smile, remembers my name, and is really cheerful when attended by her. She definitely demonstrates great customer service.
