Do NOT get a loan with this bank. We signed paperwork for them to withhold a retainage with our constitution loan. It was not done because THEY overlooked the paperwork. Also, trying to get an in-person meeting is impossible. I gave them two weeks worth of days I could come in, but they never would set an appointment. Never offered alternative dates. The RBank in Georgetown has been nothing but a great experience for myself every visit. Diana at this location, whom open my wife and my account, always greets me with a smile, remembers my name, and is really cheerful when attended by her. She definitely demonstrates great customer service.

I joined R Bank about a year ago when I moved back to Georgetown, using them for both personal and business banking, and I have extremely pleased with my experience.
