I called to see if their ATM is a drive through since I’m in a wheelchair and they went out of their way to verify the information for me.
I just spoke with Karen—I believe that was her name—and I have never been so disappointed in customer service before. I was calling with a simple inquiry, and not only was she unhelpful, but also rude. Just a heads up: there are plenty of banking options out there, so you may want to take your business elsewhere if this is the level of service they provide.
Worst bank experience ever. They’re horrible with communication. You are practically not allowed to dispute anything or they will lock your whole bank account and won’t let you access it. Never doing Business with this bank again.
