We have used R&B Window Fashions for 2 properties now (condo and house) and have been very pleased with their level of service each time. Gary and the team in the store are excellent, patient, relaxed and never have a heavy sales attitude. They are informative, provide different options, allow you to take samples home and always give you time to make your own decisions. My window treatments are beautiful. The order came in the time frame given, even with an update in between. The installation was quick and had no issues. Gary helped get my app set up for all the Bluetooth features. Great experience!
I really liked the look when a gf had shutters installed by R & B in her home so I decided to go talk with Barb about choices for ours. It started with the living room which lead to installation in the kitchen and dining room, then the study and master bedroom, followed by the game room. After years of procrastinating we finally updated our pull cord blinds with remote controlled shades and couldn’t be more satisfied. After visiting the store (LOTS of choices!) and choosing the shades we wanted Gary came to our home with fabric samples. Gary was VERY patient.
