We had our bathroom tiled by another company and there were chips and uneven grout lines. We scheduled with R&B to come over and assess the situation. Rorey came the same day. He was a nice man. He looked at our tile and seemed to understand our issue. He took some photos, said he'd speak with his team and get back to us mid-week. He never got back to us, so R&B was a waste of time. I hired RB Tile to reinstall a wall-mounted sink that had fallen and to repair the adjacent tiles in one of two separate but adjoining toilets in a commercial building. (The toilets were renovated by a licensed contractor about five years ago.) About a week later, the repaired sink came loose from the wall by about an inch or so, but it didn’t fall.
