Reginald has been my tax preparer for many of years. He is very knowledgeable of personal and business taxes. Excellent customer service. He saved me from all them bad tax preparer companies I were using before I came to R.B. Taxes and got me back in the clear.
I’m highly disappointed in this company. I’ve been calling all month to schedule a tax appointment. I’ve sent emails and even went by in person and I still couldn’t talk to anyone. This really sucks and very frustrating. So unprofessional. Do better Mr Reggie.
