As U-Haul dropoff this place is awful! U-Haul struggled to find the gate code. There was no clear box for key dropoff Then we got locked in with no way out due to our pickup car being outside the gate after we dropped off the truck There needs to be at least a sign saying you need a car to get out. If not a button in case of locked in They need to be more clear of expectations to U-Haul Would NOT recommend dropping off a uhaul here
The owner was a gentleman- I got the van rental with no problem. The van was clean- no hidden charges after my final receipt posted. Very easy transaction. I noticed in their office they have a dump trailer, skid steer, car and trailers for rent. For such a reasonable price too- that is an asset every community needs. Very considerate to your neighbors to offer these services and keep the cost affordable. I’ll be back! Thank you!
If you are considering renting a U Haul through R&B Storage, please reconsider. The van I rented wasn't there when I arrived to pick it up. They made no extra effort to remedy the situation that didn't involve inconveniencing me even more. This caused me to miss both time and financial commitments I had made to others as well as additional unreasonable travel distance to find a van at a different location which was not convenient for me. Good prices clean and friendly service
Great storage place, owners are very friendly and polite. Have used them several times and never had a bad experience. Highly recommend!!!
