Two serious issues with my heat pump installation. As a BC Hydro approved vendor, they should know to include the paid status and AHRI number on invoices for rebate applications. Despite requesting this multiple times over several weeks, it was never corrected and I lost a $1,000 rebate, at a time when I was laid off from my job. It hurt. I was also told at 90% completion that I needed to hire a separate electrician, not communicated upfront.
