Attempted to get an estimate to install AC in our home. An appointment time window was scheduled for them to visit, and they no-showed. When I called to ask why they didn't show up, an excuse was given but no apology, and was told they were unavailable to reschedule for 2+ weeks. Wasted half a day, and had to re-arrange my own schedule to be there, but at least I know they are not considerate. Will find another HVAC company that is.
Amazing air conditioning installation experience with Sally (office) Hesam and Colin and Sam (the electrician). Our attic accessibility was very confined and limiting and they still managed to make it work under challenging conditions!! Highly recommend the team at R&B Plumbing and Heating!!

I had R&B install a heat pump this summer and they were very professional and cleaned up after the work was all done. Chris and Cullen did a great job.
