We recently used R & B for plumbing work at our home, and we were very impressed with their professionalism, communication, and quality of work. Sam initially came in to work on the mains water line and did very clean, careful, and tidy work. While on site, he also identified an additional concern with our water heater setup and recommended that their Technical Manager, Malcolm, take a look. Very pricy for the service. Quoted ~300 for changing wax ring on toilet, ended up being $527 for wax ring change. Note: the company reached out to me, and made modifications to the bill, which I appreciate as a customer. Im upping my review in response.
They were quite kind for a plumber, however they lied about when they came to do their work, and they wasted lots of time. For example they had no pvc on hand and spent an hour going getting a couple pieces of pipe, while charging 200$ an hour. (They initially said 150.) Also any pipe prepared for them and any pieces replaced were immediately removed without prior consent , and we had to ask our parts back.
