Very pleased with the service we got. The technician, Scott Gordon, diagnosed and fixed the problem we were experiencing without replacing parts which I thought were failing. Very professional and trust inspiring.
Scheduled R&B Plumbing to service a HVAC unit at a rental property. They determined the system required replacement and quoted $10,359. I got a second opinion, Quickcool replaced a damaged part for $884. System works fine now. I should have called Quickcool from the start. I lost weeks waiting for R&B Plumbing to provide an incorrect diagnoses. This company is either incompetent or operates on a criminal level quoting replacement over repair. Either way, I'd recommend you avoid R&B Plumbing.
Had a hot water tank go down after an annual flush out (rust/leak). My usual plumber wasn't available so they recommended R&B. Sam from R&B came to inspect and verify, then had a quote ready on-site and was back the next day to install. Quick, easy and done right, would recommend and will use again.
