Hesam was here today to do some plumbing work for the second time within a month. Not only does he do excellent work in a very expeditious manner, but he is also a very pleasant gentleman and it is a pleasure to have him in my home.
R and B Plumbing is an exceptional service provider. Chris (our technician) was knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and solved our heating issue quickly. We are pleased to highly recommend this service provider and we will continue to use them in the future.
While I believe that R&B is a reputable HVAC service provider with qualified technicians and very good back office service, I was disappointed with our recent service technicians ability to communicate in laymen terms as to what service he was providing in the servicing of our boiler. He seemed defensive when I asked him to explain the work done and he simply referenced me to ready the long list of BC code-required service operations on our boiler on the work ticket. We recently used R&B, plumbing for our annual maintenance of our boiler, fireplace and hot water tank. While here, the technician, Mark noticed carbon monoxide problems with the heat exchanger for our boiler, as well as noticing that our water pressure was well above what is normally allowed. He explained these problems to us and made the appropriate repairs.
