As Chair of the Trustees of the Congregational Church of Salem we had our commercial freezer in our commercial kitchen area quit working causing a mess. I called Meghann, told her it wasn't an emergency and she promised to get someone out the next day. About 2 hours later she called to tell me someone would be there in 15 minutes. Bradley arrived when promised, diagnosed the problem, had the part needed on his service truck and repaired the freezer quickly and efficiently.
