Keith, Theresa, Riley, and Brian, I wanted to make you aware that Eric has been harassing me using his company-issued work phone, calling, and texting me at all hours of the night. I’m deeply concerned about the unprofessional behavior I’ve experienced from an employee of this company, who has contacted me repeatedly outside of work hours using a company-issued phone. I’ve already taken legal steps to protect myself, and I’ve made the company aware of the situation with supporting documentation. I hope management takes this matter seriously and ensures this kind of harassment doesn’t continue or happen to anyone else.
I’ve reported ongoing harassment from one of the company’s employees, who has been contacting me repeatedly using a work-issued phone outside of business hours. I provided documentation to management so they’re aware of what’s happening. It’s disappointing that this kind of behavior occurred through company equipment, and I truly hope the situation is addressed appropriately to prevent it from happening again.
I had one of my powered blind mucked up by a cleaning crew and Keith and the crew at R&B were able to have be bring it in (since I lived close by) and got it fixed the next day. Thanks Keith!
They never answer their phone, just ask you to leave a message. I've been waiting 5 days for a call back. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere. Addendum: I received a very apologetic phone call from Riley, the owner, and I was quite impressed how much he cared about the oversight in answering my phone message. I've decided to give them another try.
