There's good and bad in all R&B has repaired our car several times. They have been good at trouble shooting but are not capable of handling all work. Honest about work. However, is not community service minded. Recently went in for some work and asked to support a scouting function with a gift certificate or discount work ticket. Not refused, just kept telling us, when I make my decision I'll call you. Not up front about helping with community need. PROS: Good work for most car problems CONS: Not community minded
