Russ Becker seemed very friendly and knowledgeable, but turned out to be unprofessional and unreliable. He took my first two calls to follow up on receiving pricing from him for a home remodel and said pricing would be ready within a week. I never heard from him again. My calls went unanswered and messages via phone and email were not returned.
