Rented a UHAUL from this "business" and when I first got there I went to find the owner because the truck wasnt unlocking. I was met by a very mean woman cursing at me and screaming to go away because they were eating dinner. There was a lady that stopped behind me to purchase eggs that they had advertised on the HWY and she heard how the owners wife was talking to me and saw all the dog poop surrounding the place, and she took off running. I have been happy with Billy and his team helping me with my automotive repair needs over the past three years. He’s done transmission swaps and safety inspections. He and his staff are attentive and try to move vehicles thought shop quickly. They are always reasonably priced and I bring all of my friends’ and employees’ cars here to get them serviced. I highly recommend this shop in this area. Honest work and honest prices.
My truck conked out in traffic. Had it towed by Avolon Towing to R & B Automotive. Billy predicted a few days wait time, but had it ready the next day. Reasonable cost!
Check out the operators dismissive and dishonest response it's entertaining! The operator lacks customer service skills and the facility looks like a mashup between a zombie mechanic shop and an episode of hoarders. Mostly it's not been cleaned.. ever. The site is a mud bowl in the wet weather, littered with potholes making pickup or drop off of a trailer (my most frequent rental) a mud boot affair and dangerous. Dirtbag theives. Don't use their uhaul. I was owed a cash deposit refund upon return. When asked for his manager I had to contact uhaul corporate because on his words "we don't do business like that" after he refused to give me basic information. He was unprofessional as can be and his shop looked horrific. Is this even a legitimate business?
