Very rude! My dad took my car in for me today to help me out while I was at work. The owner was very rude to my dad for no reason. My dad spoke to him several different times just making sure he did not need anything or if my dad needed to do anything else to have the service done. The guy walked by him on more than one occasion while my dad was speaking to him and ignored him like he wasn't even there so my dad assumed maybe he was deaf. Terrible service after taking my car then to find out that the owner Bob/Rob was on vacation he put this guy in place to repair my vehicle which was not correctly installed I go back to tell them and to find out that the place was shut down n DTE service was on shut-off understanding that things happens but to not honor on your work nor try to notify me to giveme a partial refund of what I paid for the repairs I'm very disappointed in this So Please Ask around before going to R&B on Dixie Highway, in Waterford

DO NOT GO HERE - they damaged my car I wish I saw the recent reviews before dropping off my car. Dropped off on 10/23, they called on 10/26 and said it would be done that night, I paid for it early since I would have to pick it up after hours (repairs cost about $1800). Went to pick it up that night and it was still not done. The next day I called and they said it would be done 10/27 but it still wasn’t.
