Fairly quick appointment, fast service, and reasonably priced service.
We had quite a headache of a problem and they came out on multiple visits and provided excellent service! I felt like an important customer with prioritized services!
I’m looking for someone to look at my refrigerator and because of the reviews I definitely will not use them. I hope others read these and doesn’t use them
No wonder they only have a 3 ½ star review rating. My friend has been dealing with them for nearly 3months with no heat the entire time, and it dead of winter. They don't call back, answer their phone, only in the office half a day if at all. A dress maker for answering service. Nothing resembling timely service or customer service. If negative stars were possible would have gone with that. I suggested a complaint with the Better Business Bureau should be the next step.
