One of my favorite things about R&R wellness is how close it is to my home easy to find and the massage therapist is great! I felt so relaxed after each session and I’m always very eager to book another. Thank you, R and R Wellness! At this location, you can enjoy a massage with hot towels and hot stones and calming music. Love it love it!!

Jenna is truly an expert in healing. I had the best massage I’ve ever had truly. She identified not only physical areas of weakness but also made me aware of emotional stressors that were causing physical pain in my body. I recommend her to everyone!! If you’re hesitant just go, you will not regret it.
I’m forever grateful for finding Jenna. She’s not just any massage therapist, she’s truly gifted in releasing pain. Not just physically but mentally, emotionally and spiritually. She finds spots that I didn’t even know were causing my pain and releases the tension. I was in a car accident in 2021 and experiencing chronic pain on a daily basis. Every time I see Jenna my pain level decreases dramatically. I look forward to every healing appointment I have with her.
The best massage ever, after receiving a massage from Rachele I realized I have never had a true massage. It has truly made a difference absolutely love this place, don’t take my word you have to experience it for yourself. You will not be disappointed, she is not only knowledgeable but she cares!
