Jenna was amazing. I’m a CNA that works 12 hour shifts at a 24/7 skilled care facility, my back pain is atrocious! After my 60 minute session with Jenna (on a Sunday!), my back was pain free from all the knots she worked out of my upper back. I went back to work that night and by the end of my shift I could still bend over without excruciating pain and discomfort. I already booked another appointment and I will definitely be back! Definitely consider booking.
I started to see Rachele a few months ago to help me with some back pain/tightness I had been having. I am so glad I did! After just a few appointments I started to feel better and after almost 10 appointments I can feel when I go too long without one! My husband and I been coming to R and R wellness for over 5 years. Before coming here, we’ve experienced other massage places but this place is the best! They give the best massages ever.
