Extremely nice to speak to you on the phone. The crew was very pleasant came out. came in in the morning they were done by afternoon. I had everything cleaned up did not leave a mess would use them again.
Called for a leak in my roof in Oct 21. Guy came out, said they could do the repair. Radio silence for 8 weeks so I call back to see what the status is. Guy on the phone says someone messed up, can't find the paperwork and apologizes and promises to get it fixed. ANOTHER 8 weeks passes, I call back again, same apologetic story but sends a rep out (again) to access the same problem that they accessed in Oct 21. They did a beautiful job putting a new metal roof on for us. Very friendly and professional awesome job I strongly recommend this company.
I called R&R because of a minor roof leak. They took the time to understand why I was calling even though they are super busy; sent an awesome repairman out as soon as possible. Very pleased with their service. Highly recommend.
