Kathy will only be nice to you if you are a man. She’s old enough to be my grandmother and tries to act like a spoiled 12 year old. Very unprofessional. One of the employees in there told me that they purposely add more damage to vehicles to get more money out of you.
My family have been using R& R auto since day 1. I cannot say enough positive things about them. Rick and Ruben both are gifted mechanics, hard working, fast and honest. They address each mechanical issue/ need with an approach that maximizes customer satisfaction as much as possible. Kathy, who works the front desk scheduling and interfacing, is the glue that holds it all together. She is delightful and so kind. I look forward to each encounter there, as much as one can with car issues, lol!! This team is the best!
