I paid over $350 for twice yearly service to find out the never changed the filters. I paid them over $5000 for a whole house dehumidifier- but the ductworkcoming from it was never properly connected to the hvac unit. I finally called Zep hvac service and the found the hvac filters were two years old. The wrong collar was on the dehumidifier ductwork so it wouldn’t stay connected to the main unit. They are crooks. Do not use them
On time, friendly and courteous. Had a good solution to our ducting issue.
Kendall is very professional and knowledgeable. He was determined to address the issue and correct what needed to be done as well as suggest a better alternative for housing the equipment. Great employee
