I visited a car dealership today, and I was really impressed by how clean and inviting the place was. The staff member who helped us was fantastic he made sure we understood everything and was always there to lend a hand when needed. Because of his great assistance, I drove off in my new car today. Highly recommend!
I bought my car from R and k Autohouse a few months ago and from start to finish they put me at ease. I hate buying a new car normally and as soon as I called up the staff made me feel welcome and gone straight to the point which i appreciate. The staff and the car were fantastic. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a fair price and excellent service.
Update (June 2025)- Car had a new engine put in, however yet again, it was a failed repair. R&K do not want contact with us, ignored all phone calls, until I was sent a text from them. Everything has gone through the finance company. Do not touch this dealership with a barge pole! They shortcut repairs, and make a vehicle extremely unsafe. This is STILL an ongoing issue from January 29th 2025. I would advise R&K to brush up on their UK laws and Consumers Right Act before carry out anymore sales. These guy rolled up in a Range Rover .Missed They decided not to buy my car after sale was already agreed.Thankfully good old Autotrader which I already had forgotten it came my rescue .Glad I did .Got a grand more 😂 .Just glad they decided we won’t take it.Missed great deal for my gain 😅,It’s a five star.
Today I went to buy a car the place was absolutely beautiful and clean and the gentleman we had today was extremely helpful he walked us through all the steps and helped when we needed thanks to him I got to drive home in my new car today thank you so much . They also sold me the car with every bit of paper work I needed definitely recommend
