Some sexy cars
Sold my car to them with Motorway. They turned up, looked at the car for two minutes and tried to tell me the engine sounded funny just so they could cancel the sale. OBD reader showed no engine issues the day before. Don’t waste your time selling to them.
Less than a year later, and the car we bought is now good enough for scrap, as the timing belt has snapped. The timing belt was ‘adjusted’ less than a month after purchasing by these guys. Contacted the dealership to sort it out as it falls under the consumer rights act. Was told by ‘Nathanial’ to “seek legal advice”. So I have. I have recently bought my daughter a car from R&K Autohouse, the service we received was 5*. The sales rep went above & beyond in assisting us with the purchase, without feeling pressured. Immaculate showroom, and very welcoming. Would definitely recommend.
I bought a Mercedes Van from R&K and after the sale I found a couple of issues that needed to be sorted out. They agreed and fixed and replaced everything that was needed to provide me with a van I was happy with, without any issues. Excellent service. Thanks
