Our Mom's house burned in February of 2022. The insurance company told us that they did not think the house could be repaired for the price insured for. We were put in touch with R & J Contracting. We met Rich at the house and he assured us that they could repair the house within the insurance parameters. We are very grateful for the hard work and efforts that were put into the house. I had a house fire in January of 2022. My home had to be completely gutted and re-built. Needless to say, this was quite devastating. I was given a referral to R and J contractors and it turned out to be the best referral for me, in my situation. Time and care was taken by the team at R and J, to understand my needs and also to explain the process of insurances and re-builds. In December 2020 we had a house fire which left us with some structural damage and smoke and water damage throughout almost the entire house. R&J was able to help us through the repair and restoration process, and took extra time to deal with us even when we were frankly lost and a bit panicked by everything that needed to be done. First rate company!!!! We had a bad fire and were out of our home for almost 11 months. The communication from the office coordinator, Erika, was spot on and we were able to follow the process every step of the way. Rich (owner) has a mastery certification in fire restoration and knows the ins and outs of the restoration process. Rich was there to guide us and keep us educated on the rebuild. Thank you R & J Contractor Services for the outstanding job you did repairing my home!! On the night of February 27th of this year and reckless driver crashed into our home causing significant structural damages. Two days after the crashed I met with Rich (owner of the company). This company is really bad.. My house burned and they came to fix it.. they did such a lousy job and never finished. The even put a light switch behind a door. No lights in one closet. but they did in 8 closets. No switch for one ceiling fan, You couldn't even hang clothes in closet and still close the door.
