The owner was very disrespectful and lacked customer service skills
The customer service was great. The dress was beautiful but she sold us a dress that had been previously altered and it was supposed to have been a new dress 🥺

I came here 5 years ago with a tiny teenager needing a prom gown. The owner was fantastic, measuring and suggesting styles for her frame. Very pleased with our selection. My 2 grandsons also very happily rented tuxedos from here. They will always get my family's return business.
