I've been a returning customer for 5 years now. Don and his awesome team (shout out to Brenda) have been consistently outstanding and helpful. I appreciate their updates, forethought, and expertise. Despite always being slammed during tax season, they still manage to return all of my questions in a timely manner. I always feel at ease with this team. They set the bar high.

Booked a consultation to discuss questions on prior tax years and on tax implications of starting a home business. During the appointment the CPA did not take the time to understand our questions and assumed we were only trying to start a businessto write off taxes. Then after sending in our prior year tax documents I didn't hear anything back for a few weeks (outside of tax season). I have used R&D for tax prep for the past six years and have always been very satisfied with their work. Recently they went above and beyond to help my daughter with a non-traditional tax filing. Don patiently listened to the circumstances and confidently developed a plan to resolve the issue. R&D executed and the filing was completed.
