Terrible customer service, this is the third time they are coming to my house to repair the fan. I had called to see if they would be able to diagnose my refrigerator problem over the phone because I have a son who is immune compromised. The person I had spoken to said “send the video and I will let you know”. They called the day before to confirm the appointment and I still didn’t hear if the video was sufficient enough to show the problem, so I asked. They put me on hold and said yes it was. I was very pleased. I needed my LG refrigerator fixed and after 2 fails with other appliance places and 3 months, RA came last Monday, ordered the part, and it was installed and fixed within a week!
