R A Thomas was very helpful. He picked up when I called and solved my problem over the phone without ever having to make a service call or charge me. I really appreciate his generosity and integrity in not creating work when there was a simple solution. I'll be calling him again if I ever need an electrician.

I contacted Russell on a Saturday afternoon for help with an electrical problem with my dryer outlet. As it turns out, the solution was a simple fix that Russell was able to walk me through over the phone in just a few minutes! It's great to find businesses that are focused on solving problems and building long-lasting business loyalty rather than maximizing profits day-by-day. I'm new to town and pleased to now have an electrician I can trust going forward. Cheers.

I called for some small projects and he was super helpful, he knew exactly what I was talking about and gave me advice on how I could do it myself! He couldn't work on my other small things himself but he referred me to another person, which was super nice. I really haven't "used" him, but I was very impressed by just the phone call!
