Be careful to ask for a tech that knows the whole system you are dealing with. We had a zone valve to replace, the tech they sent spent an hour with me only to disconnect the valve throw up his hands and tell me to call a plumber. A new thermostat was put in by him, which is something I could have done. We asked by a couple of phone calls if they could have the tech call the plumber we booked.
